Ontime taxis aim is to provide our customers with the same level of service that we ourselves would expect to receive, to this end all of our drivers are focused on delivering the highest quality of service.
All Ontime taxis drivers and vehicles are licensed by Basildon District Council the drivers have undergone a number of stages including Criminal Record Bureau checks, a test of the local knowledge, passenger assistance training (PATS) and a medical before receiving their licence. Our vehicles are all tested to full MOT standards every six months.
Pricing Policy
For unquoted journeys all prices are determined by the vehicles taxi meter for which the tariff is set by Basildon District Council maximum authorised fares, and a tariff card is displayed in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, for further information please refer to BDC Fares and Charges
All quoted journeys are competitive and based on the travel needs of the customer and type of vehicle required to fulfil request.
